DUPLEX & SUPER DUPLEX STEEL NUTS

DUPLEX & SUPER DUPLEX STEEL NUTS

The Duplex & Super Duplex Steel Nuts have great yield strength. This yield strength is two times that of the annealed yield strength of typical austenitic stainless steels. The chemical composition of Duplex steel consists of ferrous and nickel, along with chromium having an austenitic composition at room temperature.

The Duplex & Super Duplex Steel Nuts are used in a wide range of applications. These include industries such as the chemical industry, power industry, and various other industries as well. The Duplex Steel UNS S31803 Nuts have great resistance towards corrosion and the damages that could occur because of corrosion. They also have good aqueous corrosion resistance. Duplex Steel UNS S32205 Nuts is very ductile. They also have good characteristics of being weldable.

Duplex Steel UNS S31803 Nuts show good performance even at highly elevated temperatures. In this case these are comparatively better than the other austenitic stainless steel grades available. The Super Duplex Steel 32750 NUTS also have the characteristic of resisting corrosion and therefore are used in applications where corrosion might occur. These applications include industries such as marine applications and off the shore applications.

The Super Duplex Steel 32760 NUTS has a chemical composition which consists of the elements such as chromium, nickel, molybdenum. Along with these there are also other elements such as copper and tungsten along with nitrogen present in its chemical composition. These are used in a wide range of industrial applications such as oil and gas applications, heat exchangers, etc.
